Notice of Meeting

The next Annual General Assembly Meeting will be:

DATE: November 30th, 2025

TIME:  3pm ET  (12pm PT, 1 pm MT, 2 pm. CT, 4 pm AT)

PLACE: Virtual Only

NOTE: Registration is required.

Events affecting your Group are important to us all, so your presence is important. Sharing ideas and information between and among Members is a primary objective of Scots of Canada.

The purpose of the Meeting is:

• To consider the financial statements and reports
• To elect directors
• To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting

Note that only members with a status of Active (Dues for current year paid up) will be able to vote.   Attendance to the interactive session may be restricted to Active members.

If you are unable to attend, please try and arrange an alternate delegate for your Group.

If an alternate is not possible, an online Proxy form is available by clicking HERE or by request from the Secretary.
