MEMBER INFORMATION/APPLICATION FORM

Membership is open any group supporting Scottish Culture and Heritage. All applications for membership are upon approval by the Board of CASSOC.

Please provide organization identification with name and email for delegate and alternate as a minimum. The delegate and alternate contact information is for the following duties:

  • Liaison and representation with the CASSOC Board and attendance at General Meetings
  • Provide relevant updates on information and activities of the organization
  • Distribute to organization members the CASSOC newsletter, meeting notices and minutes 
  • Primary contact for any other announcements and correspondence

For any other role without a name and email, the delegate & alternate will be used.   

Newsletters, notices and the Scots Canada Updates email are automatically sent to the delegate and alternate.   Opting out/in is required for other roles.
