13. Members calling a meeting of members Home

In accordance with the Act, the Board shall call a special meeting of members on written requisition of persons carrying not less than 5% of the voting rights.  If the directors do not call a meeting within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the requisition, any person who signed the requisition may call the meeting.
