A Membership Committee consisting or two or more persons may be appointed by the Board. The person acting in the position of the Chair is on the Membership Committee by default unless otherwise specified by the Board. Click here for more information on the Membership Committee.
There are two classes of membership, voting and non-voting, with three sub-classes of membership as follows:
- Class A Voting : Organization Members
- Class A Voting : Household Delegate Members
- Class B Non-Voting : Households

Effective Date. This policy is effective as of April 21, 2025 and supersedes any prior policies regarding Membership Conditions.
