Policy - Number of directors  By-Law Home

Within the range of the minimum number and maximum number specified in the Corporation's Articles, the Board shall be comprised of the fixed number of directors as determined from time to time by the members by ordinary resolution or, in absence of an ordinary resolution determining the number, by resolution of the Board.  Presently the Corporation's Articles state this is is a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of twenty (20) directors.

Effective Date. This policy is effective as of April 21, 2025 and supersedes any prior policies regarding Number of directors.
